1. Objet de la mission

Gérer le système de libération des lots en conformité avec les procédures internes, les standards groupe et la réglementation locale en vigueur.

Animer l’équipe assurance qualité produit.

Planification des activités de la structure dans le respect des ressources à disposition et des délais.

Support opérationnel des unités autonomes de production (UAP).

Contribuer de manière active à la préparation du site et des UAP au lancement des lots de validation et productions de routine.

Gérer le système de gestion des déviations et CAPAs.

Garantir l’élaboration et la validation de la revue annuelle des produits.

Gestion des réclamations clients en termes de prise en charge, d’investigation et reporting.

Assurer la coordination des activités du service avec les différents départements du site.

Appliquer et faire appliquer les politiques Qualité et HSE du site.

2. Activités principales

Gérer et planifier les activités du département en termes de budget, de délais, de qualité dans le respect des procédures HSE en utilisant les moyens nécessaires alloués.

Assurer le suivi des activités de démarrage du site de production.

Valider la revue des dossiers de lots fabriqués ou conditionnés sur le site en vue de leur libération.

Vérifier les documents maîtres des dossiers de lot. Approuver les instructions de fabrication et de conditionnement et s’assurer de la mise en place des CIP.

Veiller dans son secteur à la mise en place des procédures opérationnelles en conformité avec les exigences locale et les standards et directives du groupe SANOFI.

Participer à l’élaboration et à l’approbation des procédures et des protocoles de retraitement.

Mettre en place une organisation permettant de garantir le suivi terrain des déviations, des retraitements, des modifications et des OOS.

Gérer et coordonner les investigations et approuver la décision finale sur les déviations qualité.

Réaliser les analyses de tendances relatives aux investigations, CAPAs et revue d’efficacité.

Mettre en place et suivre le planning de réalisation des APR et leur vérification. Coordonner avec les autres départements la définition et la mise en place des actions d’amélioration ou d’optimisation associées.

Gestion des réclamations clients en termes de prise en charge, d’investigation et reporting.

Contribuer à la conception et développement des programmes de formation

Assurer les formations BPF et habilitation au poste de travail.

Contribuer à la mise en place des programmes de culture qualité et de DATA integrity en assurant un suivi sur le terrain.

Veiller à l’implémentation effective des systèmes qualité In use program.

Conduire les programmes d’auto-inspection et veiller à la mise en place des plans d’action associés.

Définir et suivre les KPIs qualité du site, réaliser les analyses de tendances et définir les plans d’amélioration.

Manager les équipes, directe ou en transverse

Animer le(s) point(s) quotidien qualité.

Contribuer à développer, implémenter ou participer à des réseaux à travers les entités au sein de son domaine

3.Qualifications requises du poste

Compétences

Maitrise des systèmes Qualité et des bonnes pratiques de fabrication.

Bonnes connaissances des procédés de fabrication, de conditionnement et de contrôle qualité.

Connaissance des principes de fonctionnement des installations et utilités (HVAC, Eau purifiée, Air comprimé…)

Maitrise des méthodes d’investigation

Connaissance des méthodologies d’évaluation des risques qualité.

Connaissance des systèmes d’amélioration continue.

Bonne connaissance en analyse de données et statistiques.

Sens de l’organisation et de priorisation.

Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.

Compétences interpersonnelles développées et bonne communication.

Capacités avancées à manager des équipes en direct et en transverse.

Compétences en leadership et assertivité

Compétences de négociation et d'influence

Niveau d’anglais : Avancé.

Formation / Expérience professionnelle nécessaire

Diplôme universitaire Bac+5/Bac+6 : pharmacien, ingénieur génie des procédés ou équivalent.

Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience avérée dans un poste similaire en industrie pharmaceutique.
