Description de la mission

Un ingénieur ayant au moins dix ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la construction routière. Lexpert sera désigné comme responsable assurance qualité (RAQ).

Il devra élaborer et mettre en place les processus nécessaires pour s'assurer et rendre compte de la qualité des ouvrages autant de la part de l'entrepreneur que de la part de l'équipe du Bureau d'Etude Chargé du Contrôle et Suivi. Entre autres, il s'assurera que l'entrepreneur maîtrise et applique son PAQ. Il visera à améliorer la qualité des travaux.

Il aura à compiler, à analyser et à commenter les enregistrements relatifs au Contrôle qualitatif venant des entrepreneurs ainsi que ceux venant de ses propres équipes de validation.

Le responsable contrôle de la qualité aura la gestion et la supervision des équipes de terrain assignées aux audits et aux essais sur les matériaux ainsi que du personnel de laboratoire.

Profil

Diplôme d'ingénieur en génie civil ou équivalent (Bac).

En pratique cela peut être un Ingénieur GC ou géotechnicien qui a élargi son domaine d'intervention dans lassurance qualité.

Au moins 10 ans dexpérience prouvée en infrastructure linéaire de transport, notamment dans la gestion de lassurance qualité.

Bonne capacité à assurer la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes du projet à savoir les chefs de division travaux, les ingénieurs spécialisés et le laboratoire de chantier.

Bonnes aptitudes rédactionnelles (Rapports hebdomadaire, Mensuels du BCS).
