MISSION PRINCIPALE Orchestrer et animer l’équipe projet pour mener à bien la réalisation des contrats depuis le démarrage de l’affaire jusqu’à la fin des obligations contractuelles en la satisfaction du Client tout en sauvegardant les intérêts de Schneider Electric. MISSIONS DU POSTE: Ø Participer et valider le dossier de transfert Offre/réalisation Ø Assurer la planification et l’exécution du contrat client à travers les kicks offs meetings, la communication à toutes les parties et les échanges sur les exigences techniques et les plans du projet Ø Assurer une gestion prévisionnelle du Contrat Ø Surveiller et contrôler la performance du projet à travers son cycle de vie. Les principales activités comprennent : la vérification d'exécution des tâches, le suivi de l'équipe de projet, la gestion des mises à jour des livrables projet à travers les membres de l'équipe , les rapports de planification , la résolution de problèmes , l'administration des contrats et la gestion des risques . Ø Assurer un contrôle des délais et tenir un planning d’exécution à jour. Ø Assurer un contrôle des dépenses et des recettes (suivi économique du projet) Ø Assurer une coordination des activités des intervenants dans le projet (métiers supports SEA, sous traitants, fournisseurs) Ø Assigner les rôles et responsabilités à l’équipe projet et leur fixer des objectifs Ø Rechercher systématiquement des améliorations économiques du Contrat Ø Alerter la hiérarchie en cas de dérive économique, de délai etc Ø Identifier, suivre et contrôler les risques et mettre en place des plans d’action pour les maîtriser Ø Etablir le bilan de fin d’affaire et le partager avec les autres membres de l’équipe réalisation Ø Assurer un reporting périodique à la hiérarchie AUTRE ACTIVITÉS ET TÂCHES DU POSTE: Ø Travailler de concert avec les autres responsables fonctionnels pour définir les projections de ressources et compétences nécessaires pour l’exécution des projets Ø Assurer un support au tendering à travers le retour d’expérience sur les projets réalisés Exigences du poste : Niveau d’instruction: Ingénieur en électrotechnique, électronique, génie électrique, automatisme ou équivalent Expérience professionnelle : Cinq ans dans un poste similaire Compétences Techniques & Managériales : Capacité à piloter avec succès un projet du début à la fin incluant la gestion des priorités, la planification, la résolution des problèmes avec engagements pour les résultats Impliquer constamment et de manière proactive les parties concernées dans les plans et décisions les concernant. Capacité à traduire les objectifs en plans d’action opérationnels, à organiser et planifier le projet Capacité à mettre en œuvre un contrôle formel pour analyser systématiquement toutes les demandes de modification ayant un impact sur les objectifs du projet Capacité à identifier les risques relatifs au projet, à évaluer les conséquences et rester focalisé sur les priorités Capacité à utiliser les méthodes et procédures financières pour résoudre les problèmes Comprendre les interdépendances financières Capacité à établir des plans de projet incluant la projection des ressources (temps, coût, personnel etc) Compétences Comportementales: Présenter les arguments avec énergie et conviction, Comprendre et répondre aux besoins des autres Promouvoir les idées avec confiance et présenter les faits de manière simple et directe Favoriser le sentiment d’engagement des collaborateurs en leur témoignant la confiance dans leur capacité à faire de leur mieux et la reconnaissance publique de leurs contributions Maitrise des outils: Bonne maîtrise des outils de pilotage de projet : MS project, Primavera etc Bonne maîtrise des outils de bureautique : Word, Excel, power Point Bonne maîtrise de l’Anglais Schedule: Full-time Req: SCW
