L'Hôtel Mercure Alger Aéroport recrute: Un Duty Manager

Vous êtes un expert de la relation client et un passionné de l’opérationnel. Vous êtes chargé de satisfaire et de fidéliser nos clients en personnalisant le service proposé en fonction du profil de la clientèle. Vous prenez en charge les priorités et réclamations clients.
Vous êtes « l’ambassadeur de l’hôtel » celui/celle qui reçoit, installe et suit plus spécifiquement les clients de l’hôtel identifiés comme importants au cours de leur séjour afin de les fidéliser, tout en créant des événements inoubliables pour tous les clients.
Vous véhiculez l’image de l’hôtel par votre attitude exemplaire, l'accueil chaleureux et convivial, par votre professionnalisme et votre disponibilité.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES:

Etre présent sur l’ensemble des points de vente de l'hôtel afin d’interagir avec les clients, en ayant un comportement et une tenue irréprochable
Établir un relationnel de qualité avec le client, dès l'accueil et tout au long de son séjour, afin de le fidéliser
Prendre connaissance de la qualité des prestations offertes, par le biais des commentaires clients et des audits de qualité. Faire remonter un feedback à la direction suite aux commentaires clients
Prendre en charge les réclamations, en veillant à apporter des solutions dans les meilleurs délais
Collecter les informations relatives aux clients dans le but d’améliorer leurs futurs séjours. Anticiper les besoins du client, répondre et traiter les demandes d'information des clients, les mettre en relation avec les interlocuteurs concernés
Contrôler en amont de leur arrivée les réservations et profils clients (Anniversaire, Honeymoon etc.) afin de définir le traitement adapté à chaque client.
Gérer en intégralité les long séjour et VIP
Prendre connaissance des activités du jour de chaque client
Participer à la remise des mots d’accueil et de départ personnalisés et installer les amenities en chambre et effectuer le suivi
Etre en contact permanent avec les différents services de l’hôtel (restaurants, réservations, bars, étages…), pour préciser les besoins des clients et coordonner le travail
Etre garant du respect des procédures en matière de facturation et d’encaissement
Développer la motivation et l’engagement des membres de l’équipe en créant une ambiance de travail positive et collaborative

Qualifications

Exigences du Poste

Première expérience significative en relation clients sur le secteur hôtellerie/restauration.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques et d’Opéra
Maîtrise du français et très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
Maîtrise d’une troisième langue (espagnol, chinois) souhaitée
Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
Sens du détail et de la qualité
Bonne présentation et élocution (contact permanent avec la clientèle) et aisance relationnelle
