Le groupe TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un (e) Conseiller (ère) s en communication et marketing ayant d’excellentes aptitudes techniques, d’excellentes connaissances et qui souhaite mettre à profit ses compétences au sein d’une équipe polyvalente. Sans être exhaustives, voici les services et livrables que devront fournir le ou la Conseiller (ère) en communication et marketing retenu(e):

TÂCHES PRINCIPALES À EFFECTUER:

Assurer un présence forte de TEHORA sur l'ensemble des réseaux sociaux et sites d'emplois où l'entreprise agit.
Préparer le contenu et les supports de communication pour soutenir les activités de recrutement et de développement des affaires de l'entreprise.
Maintenir à jour le site web de l'entreprise
Mettre en place des activités de recrutement-marketing auprès du public afin de faciliter l'acquisition de talents.
Initier des activités de développement d'affaires auprès des prospects /clients de l'entreprise.
Assurer la qualité des documents corporatifs et s'assurer du respect de la charte graphique de l'entreprise.
Former , sensibiliser l'ensemble de l'organisation à l'importance de l'image de marque et contribuer à l'adoption de la marque TEHORA

Procéder à l’analyse des appels d’offres et compiler les exigences à rencontrer pour assurer la conformité de l’offre de service au moment du dépôt
Planifier le montage de l’offre de service avec les ingénieurs responsables (contenu, format, caractère spécifique, échéancier de production, etc.
Produire les documents requis pour la saisie des textes provenant des ingénieurs responsables et effectuer la correction (grammaticale et orthographique) des documents requis.
Procéder à la recherche de fiches de projet pertinentes à l’offre de service en cours.
Monter les organigrammes contenus dans l’offre de service, produire la page couverture et autres documents graphiques contenus dans l’offre de service, Faire approuver l’ensemble de ces documents par le responsable du projet.
Effectuer le montage final de l’offre de service et produire le nombre de copies requises.
S’assurer de la livraison de l’offre de service dans les délais requis.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe jugée pertinente dans le cadre du poste.

Requirements

Vous possédez un diplôme en communications, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe et une expérience d’au moins 3 ans en communications, en marketing ou en agence de publicité
Vous avez déjà travaillé en collaboration avec des acteurs clés de tous les secteurs d’une entreprise et exercé de l’influence
Vous avez démontré une passion et expertise profondes en matière de valorisation et de gestion de marque
Vous avez de l’expérience directe ou client en marketing B2B (entreprise à entreprise).
Vous avez de l’expérience de travail dans le milieu du service-conseil, des services professionnels, du commerce interentreprises ou dans tout autre milieu d’affaires semblable.
Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit et à l’oral

Avoir un ordinateur et une bonne connexion internet pour le travail à distance
Etre en mesure de travailler dans le fuseau horaire de Montréal quelque soit votre lieu de résidence.
Avoir une bonne connaissance des outils de design graphique
Aimer la rédaction et la production de beaux documents corporatifs

Vous avez de grandes aptitudes relationnelles et vous aimez créer des liens professionnels forts et collaboratifs à tous les échelons de l’organisation

Benefits

LIEU DE TRAVAIL

Le lieu de travail sera déterminé selon le mandat, il peut être en télé travail ou chez le client.

SALAIRE

Le salaire sera calculé sur la base du taux horaire moyen correspondant à votre profil.

Poste à temps plein : 40 heures par semaine
