Vos missions au quotidien
Gère et développe un portefeuille identifié de clients et prospects Entreprises avec le souci permanent de qualité de service, de rentabilité et de maîtrise des risques.
Actions commerciales :
- Constitue un fichier prospects sur son périmètre d’action
- Assure la gestion de son portefeuille dans le respect des instructions en vigueur
- Adhère et exploite au niveau local les conventions passées au niveau central
- Développe les ouvertures de comptes par la mise en œuvre d’actions de recommandation et de prospection
- Formalise et archive les comptes-rendus des démarches commerciales sur les liens dédiés IC et CRV
- Joue le rôle d’interlocuteur principal des clients de son portefeuille
- Développe des contacts réguliers avec sa clientèle (visites, prise de rendez-vous, relance téléphonique, envoi de courriers…) afin de renforcer la part de marché de la SGA sur le périmètre
- Associe le MO dans la préparation de l’entretien commercial à l’occasion de montage de dossier de crédit
- Valorise et développe l’équipement de ses clients en produits et services bancaires
- Analyse les besoins et les attentes de ses clients et propose des offres commerciales adaptées
- Développe la synergie avec le marché PRI
- Participe activement à la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux locaux, nationaux et internationaux ainsi qu’aux opérations commerciales (challenges, lancement de nouveaux produits…)
- Propose des solutions de financement adaptées aux besoins de ses clients
- Rentabilise la relation en optimisant notamment la part de flux confiés et l’optimisation d’utilisation des lignes
- Engage des actions commerciales pour la reconquête des clients
- Instruit et traite les réclamations de ses clients
- Fait un point hebdomadaire de son activité avec sa hiérarchie
- Développe une connaissance du segment économique sur lequel il intervient en concertation avec la direction du marché
- Soucieux de la qualité de service à assurer aux clients et joue le rôle de chef d’orchestre avec les différents pôles supports
- Si désigné comme référent sectoriel, mettre en place et veiller à actualiser l’étide sectorielle tout en répondant aux attentent du réseaux commercial de la SGA

Niveau d’études : Formation Universitaire spécialisée en Banques ou en Commerce (ESB et/ou Grandes Ecoles)
Expérience souhaitée : expérience confirmée sur un poste commercial
Autres exigences : permis de conduire (catégorie B)
