Description:To analyze the training needs of the field force for improving the sales performance and efficiency and professionalism of the field force and to identify and implement the strategy to meet business needs in the field force, following the philosophy of new commercial approach Duties & Responsibilities: Training Planning Collaborate with the internal business partners (sales, marketing, medical) to determine the development needs of the field force Conduct training needs analysis with to identify learning and development areas to be addressed via programs Training Delivery: Deliver a range of learning and development solutions, content, design, structure, delivery methods, assessments, etc. of learning and development programs (e.g. initial selling skills, ongoing job skills) Execute the orientation and training programs which include cultural orientation for the new recruits in the FF and follow up their orientation program Collaborate and deliver with Marketing, Sales and Medical to produce and deliver learning and development programmes that attain mutually desired objectives and needs Participant Evaluation / Development: Plan regional field visits to monitor field force performance and supportive activities to achieve CFE objectives Recommend processes and resources to support FF before, during and after formal learning events for integrating learning with working to enhance performance Make doctor, pharmacy and hospital visits with sales representatives to measure progress, productivity and return on investment of learning events and communicate participant standards and development needs to relevant participants and their managers Provide timely and effective development reports for customer groups that highlight a range of qualitative and quantitative data relating to training and development activities of the FF Work in coordination with other departments in preparing temporary medical and marketing exams for Sales Representatives. Implement exams and take action according to results Co-lead and monitor LPE process for Regional Sales Managers with Business Unit Heads Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 2 years of Sales training/development experience preferably in a management role within the Pharmaceutical industry or Sales management with coaching and training experience Thorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and practices Experience in presenting information and training to various audience sizes and types Group facilitation skills Understanding the elements of adult learning Effective course format and style and Curriculum development Fluency in English and local language MS Office (Excellent knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point) Competencies: Influencing Skills Customer Orientation Planning & Organization Crossfunctional work
