Portant les activités de la marque Actemium, dédiée aux services et solutions du secteur de l’industrie et bénéficiant d’un large réseau à l’international, Actemium Algérie est garante de qualité et d’expertise permettant la mise en œuvre de solutions sur mesure et le déploiement d’offres multi-techniques.

Partenaire des opérateurs publics et privés dans les secteurs du pétrole & gaz, de la production, du transport et distribution d’électricité, de l’industrie tertiaire et agroalimentaire, ainsi que dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, notre mission est d’être présent tout au long du cycle de vie industriel, de la conception à la maintenance des équipements de production.

Actemium Algérie possède divers métiers d’expertises tels que l’automatisation, le contrôle du processus & l’instrumentation, l’ingénierie électronique et chimique, clean utilities & piping et l’IT industriel.

Pour faire face au développement de notre activité, nous recrutons un Talent Acquisition,

Vous aurez pour missions principales de : 

  • Recruter du personnel à l’échelle mondiale.
  • Organiser et conduire des entretiens de recrutement.
  • Gérer le processus de mobilisation des nouveaux employés.
  • Effectuer l'ensemble des démarches nécessaires 
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes/ clients pour comprendre les besoins en recrutement.
  • Maintenir une base de données de candidats potentiels.
  • Connaissance des réglementations locales et internationales en matière de travail.

  • Diplôme dans le domaine 
  • Un minimum de 5 années d’expérience à un poste similaire
  • Expérience avérée en recrutement, de préférence dans le secteur Oil & Gas ou l’energie.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs recrutements simultanément.
  • Connaissance des outils et techniques de recrutement modernes.( facilité d’adaptation )
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Forte orientation vers les résultats et capacité à respecter les délais.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.
  • Expérience avec les logiciels de gestion des talents et des ressources humaines.
  • Maîtrise parfaite des langues Arabe, Français, Anglais
