Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be able to establish relationships with key stakeholders, gain in-depth knowledge of the construction market, and convert opportunities. He has an enthusiastic approach to direct sales and possesses a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment.Main Responsibilities and RequirementsIncreasing the value of current customers while attracting new onesUnderstand the market, customer and the competition. Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategiesResolves any customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to managementOversee project pipeline with MD to ensure the pipeline remains optimized for continuous business growthPlanning and overseeing new marketing initiativesContacting prospective clients and building relationships with relevant decision makersManaging complex and large tenders with the internal teamReviewing business plans against actual results and then trying to determine reasons for any deviationsEvaluate results of the marketing programs and recommend, when and where appropriate, on changes deemed necessaryBuilding and maintaining relationships with suppliersManaging the full sales cycle from lead generation to closingManaging the post sales operations and making sure client is satisfied with the services.Providing after sales maintenance servicesRequired SkillsA minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales (Middle East experience would be favourable)Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience, technical discipline may be advantageousIT literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
