**Role Summary:**
Flowserve is a Leading manufacturer and aftermarket solutions provider of comprehensive flow control systems.
A large variety of engineered and standard products for use in the petroleum industry, water supply, chemical processing, power generation, pulp and paper production, mineral/ore processing and other fluid moving industrial applications.
The products are manufactured and distributed worldwide.
**Your Role:**
As part of our business expansion in Algeria, we have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Sales professional.
This role focuses on managing key accounts in Algeria and driving business development with engineering firms.
The successful candidate will analyze customer needs, define requirements, and collaborate with the Applications Engineering team to identify technical specifications for projects.
The role involves working closely with the Engineering team to communicate solutions to customers and provide guidance on available options for pumps, mechanical seals, and related systems and Key responsibilities include:
+ Effective oral and written communications
+ Collaborative interpersonal skills
+ Understanding of pump principles of operation, system analysis, Fluid Mechanics as it applies to pumps and their systems
+ Able to interpret industry standards, technical drawings and manufacturing procedures
+ Read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents
+ Respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
+ Communicate effectively with customers and Flowserve business units and QRCs at various organizational levels located globally
+ Proven track record of selling, building, and/or deploying technology solutions.
+ Proven experience in providing basic to complex Pump and Seals/system solutions to customers.
+ Outstanding pre-and post-sales account management and follow-through skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
+ Experience designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Technical sales support experience.
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills; professional presentation skills, self-starter, cooperative attitude, team player.
+ Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
+ Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress.
+ Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
+ Respect the rules for safety and the environment.
+ Comply with Company Policies and procedures and maintain company image.
**Your Profile:**
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Hydraulic, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in pumps, seals, or related systems.
**Location:**
The successful candidate will be based in Flowserve Algiers in Hydra Office and will be required to travel in the assigned region to visit various customers sites.
