The Positon:We are hiring a Regulatory Affairs Executive, who will be responsible for Regulatory Affairs in Algeria for North West Africa region. This position will directly report to the Regulatory Affairs head. Responsibilities: To execute the RA local activities according to META strategies and local business priorities within the defined timelines. Maintain product registrations and RA databases; ensuring business continuity in compliance with internal and external regulations and requirements. Provide regular regulatory intelligence on changes in regulatory environment, competitor activity to enable the business to realize any risks or opportunities arising in the RA environment. Collaborate cross-functionally and make sure that all relevant stakeholders are timely and pro-actively updated on relevant RA topics. Have a strong interaction and partnership with the assigned authorities across in the region, maintain efficient relationships with related Regulatory service Providers (local agents and vendors). Carry out agreed actions for the assigned local projects. Able to perform regulatory activities with quality in compliance with internal and external requirements in the highly dynamic and volatile environment to support BI business continuity. Exhibit agility to changes in the regulatory environment and continuously exchange information cross-functionally to explore new opportunities for early patient access to BI medicines. Establish strong interaction and processes with all business stakeholders to ensure a cross-functional alignment on implementation. Efficient communication and partnership with regulatory service providers to have BI objectives on top of their priorities. Effective communication and negotiations with HA and developing a compliant rapport with HA officials. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy Pharma experience with regulatory focus in a multi-national for at least 2-4 years experience of direct interactions with Regulatory Authorities is an asset; Strong knowledge of local Regulations and European guidelines Good knowledge of regulatory systems Very good communication and intercultural skills English and French language skills ( spoken and written skills) Eligibility Requirements: Regulatory Affairs Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry Who we are: At Boehringer Ingelheim we create value through innovation with one clear goal: to improve the lives of patients.
