We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we’re looking for a Product Ops Analyst to strengthen our product organization.
This role will serve as the connective tissue between teams, driving operational excellence, product data reliability, and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Process enablement: Design, implement, and continuously improve streamlined product development processes and methodologies, specifically adapting them to the unique requirements and ways of working of Smeetz.
Focus on clarity, efficiency, and scalability for product teams. - Data & insights: Own product analytics setup, tracking taxonomies, and performance dashboards; ensure product managers and leadership have reliable, actionable data.
- Release operations: Coordinate product rollouts, release notes, internal enablement, and change management.
Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks that hinder Product Manager productivity. - Customer feedback loops: Build and manage systems to capture, tag, and feed customer insights into the roadmap.
- Documentation: Support and enforce high standards for product documentation.
- Cross-team alignment: Enhance communication and collaboration channels between Product Development teams, Stakeholders, leaders, and the organization in general.
Ensure teams align on product goals, ways of working, and provide 360 visibility. - Tooling & automation: collaborate in the selection, configuration, and optimization of our product management, project tracking, and analytics tool stack.
This includes identifying opportunities to leverage AI-enhanced features within these tools to automate routine tasks, provide richer insights, and make them more useful for Product Managers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or analytics within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Hands-on expertise with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar).
- Experience with customer engagement tools (e.g., Intercom).
- Strong understanding of automation platforms (e.g., GenAI tools, n8n, Appmixer).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; proven ability to collaborate across teams.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and process improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience setting up and managing analytics taxonomies at scale.
- Familiarity with release management processes and change enablement.
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS startup.
