- Optimize funnels from first click to final conversion
- Launch A/B tests, write killer ad copy, and collaborate with content pros
- Use data to drive every decision — ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC
- Report results clearly, optimize relentlessly, and scale smart

The Profile
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years managing paid campaigns across major platforms
- Strong grasp of analytics (GA4, pixels, tags, tracking)
- Creative + analytical — you get both sides
- Comfortable working solo and in sync across time zones
- Love building and experimenting, not just managing
