We are launching a new online casino and sports betting brand, focused on the African market, backed by a well-established iGaming holding.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Affiliate to build and lead our affiliate marketing function from scratch.

The Role
- Build and implement an affiliate acquisition and growth strategy tailored to African regions
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliate partners across casino and sportsbook verticals
- Negotiate partnership models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and define KPIs
- Monitor affiliate performance by analyzing traffic quality, ROI, retention, and player value
- Ensure transparent reporting, payment accuracy, and partner compliance
- Launch initiatives to increase partner engagement and retention
- Work closely with product, marketing, and CRM teams to align acquisition efforts with lifecycle and retention strategies
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Affiliate Manager or Head of Affiliate in iGaming
- Solid understanding of casino and sportsbook verticals
- Proven track record in growing affiliate programs from scratch
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance metrics
- Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
- Upper-intermidiate Russian or higher
- Experience working with African markets is a plus
