Executive Relation Client (Coach) Job Opening In Algiers – Now Hiring Albert Learning

Nous enseignons les langues (du niveau de base au niveau avancé) à des étudiants de tous les âges et de tous les pays.

Titre du poste : Assistante Administrative et Comptable

Résumé du poste :
Albert Learning recherche une Assistante Administrative et Comptable pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique.

Vous serez responsable de la gestion de la facturation, du suivi comptable, du rapprochement bancaire, du reporting financier ainsi que de diverses tâches administratives.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de direction afin d’assurer un suivi rigoureux des opérations financières et administratives de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités principales :
Gérer la facturation des services et assurer le suivi des paiements.
Effectuer la saisie comptable et le rapprochement bancaire.
Préparer et analyser les états financiers et les rapports périodiques.
Assurer la gestion administrative quotidienne (traitement des documents, suivi des contrats, archivage).
Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer le respect des procédures financières et administratives.
Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus comptables et administratifs.

Qualifications et exigences :
Excellentes compétences en gestion administrative et comptable.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels de comptabilité.
Formation en comptabilité, finance, gestion ou un domaine connexe.
Sens de l’organisation et rigueur dans le suivi des tâches.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
Bonne communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
Expérience en comptabilité ou en administration (un plus).

Prérequis :
Ordinateur fiable avec webcam et casque audio (PC ou ordinateur portable).
Connexion Internet stable avec un débit minimum de 4 Mbps.
Environnement calme et sans bruit pour un travail efficace.
Espace de travail bien éclairé et professionnel.
Connexion Internet de secours pour assurer la continuité des opérations.

Les horaires de travail seront alignés sur le fuseau horaire français.
