In the Digital Transformation Department, Enterprise Data team is working closely with all Functions (transformation programs, function methods and tools...) and Regions to:

• Be responsible for the entire enterprise data landscape on the full data lifecycle covering business requirements & specifications, functional governance and technical platforms.

• Guide the organization to create value from enterprise data by improving data operations, data quality, as well as the business understanding of the data through data culture & literacy program.

• Provide and support the technologies needed to collect, store, access and propagate the data to ensure they support the enterprise's objectives around data usage and governance.

• Be in charge of getting the most from all our data assets to reach better decisions through efficient data architecture, design, delivery and run of the data platforms, as well as programs for the deployment of business applications.

Within Enterprise Data, Business Data department mission is to get the most business value from our data assets: • Ensure alignment between business needs, solution design, and data standards and policies

• Coordinate métiers and functions to ensure requirements coverage by the deployed data solutions • Understand data with business analysis, data modeling, data mapping & functional knowledge • Ability to explain business use cases with data storytelling

• Ensure end to end data consistency with detection, correction, as well as prevention

• Deliver data quality score card to monitor continuous data improvement in collaboration with data owners

• Define good data practices and ensure their application by data owners

• Manage data creations, updates and validation with associated standard operational procedures

• Ensure compliance with defined processes in accordance with guidance from Data Owner/BPOs

• Centralize Data Codification, Increase Data Quality, Improve end to end consistency

• Enforce data management process (architecture, ownership, quality, access & protection...)

• Collect data management best practice and complete benchmarks Objectives: Objective of the mission is to support Alstom in improving the data governance, to consolidate data governance framework and coordinate action plans with Alstom data owners.


Qualifications

Constraints: In the context of Covid-19 outbreak, working remotely in alternance with some physical presence should be needed.

No computer will be delivered.

The subcontractor will need to have a working computer.

• Olivier PAQUIN : Transformation – Head of Business Data • Kevin TEELUCK: Sourcing, Buyer IT Digital

• Saïd LAMINE: Sourcing, Buyer IT Digital In the frame of the service required in this document, the service provider representatives will be:

• A technical representative that guarantee the service delivery

• A quality representative.

The quality representative must be able to demonstrate that the service provider's internal quality rules, and any specific measures described in the present document, are adhered to.

• A commercial representative that guarantee the appropriate commercial terms & commitment


Additional Information

Hard skills Expert in Information Technology systems - Expertise in Azure DevOps and Azure Data Services ex.

Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL server.

- Good knowledge of Azure Administration.

- Good knowledge of SQL and DB administration.

- Good knowledge of ETL pipeline design.

- Good knowledge of PowerShell script.

- Experience working with dimensionally modeled data.

- Knowledge of Snowflake/ Synapse/ Azure Purview/ Data Governance is a plus.

- Fluent English.
