Job Description

  • Record invoices in the company financial system
  • Transfer invoices to the company financial system daily
  • Continuously follow up with freight department to solve pending cases.
  • Close cases before the deadline and closing the month.
  • Accepts agents’ invoices after checking.
  • Handle centralized freight agents.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
  • 1-2 years’ experience in invoicing & customer service or relevant role,
