    • Description du poste

      avec pour objectif d’accompagner nos clients dans la transformation de leur SI sur la solution ServiceNow.

    Type de mission :

    -Déployer et mettre à niveau les installations et modules nouveaux et existants.
    -Accompagner aux changements de nos clients et utilisateurs (communications, formations, support adapté, transformation IT...).
    -Personnaliser et améliorer le portail libre-service, les éléments du catalogue de services et les flux de travail.
    Importer, conserver et intégrer les données provenant de divers systèmes d'enregistrement.
    -Développer des interfaces (REST).
    -Participer aux activités d’avant-vente en accompagnant les ingénieurs d’affaires spécialistes.
     
    Profil recherché

    2 ans d’expérience minimum sur la solution ServiceNow et une expérience en tant que développeur JavaScript.

    Votre autonomie, votre capacité à travailler en équipe ainsi que votre rigueur vous permettront de relever ce défi !

    Vous maîtrisez l’anglais dans un contexte professionnel.

    Bonne expression orale et écrite

     Hard skills Expert in Information Technology systems - Expertise in Azure DevOps and Azure Data Services ex.

    Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL server.

    - Good knowledge of Azure Administration.

    - Good knowledge of SQL and DB administration.

    - Good knowledge of ETL pipeline design.

    - Good knowledge of PowerShell script.

    - Experience working with dimensionally modeled data.

    - Knowledge of Snowflake/ Synapse/ Azure Purview/ Data Governance is a plus.

    - Fluent English.
