The Associate Manager – Human Resources is responsible for
partnering with business leaders to facilitate the achievement of optimum
business results, while creating a strong talent pipeline and fostering an
engaging, distinctive organizational culture aligned with company values.

The
jobholder is expected to lead the HR function within the assigned Business
Unit(s), ensuring that all HR strategies and initiatives are fully aligned with
and supportive of the Business Unit's objectives.

In addition, the role carries
responsibility for overseeing the Administration function of the respective
Business Unit(s).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration; MBA
    in Human Resources is highly preferred ;
  • 7–10 years in Human Resources, with roles in HR Generalist
    functions and/or HR Project Management;
  • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (spoken and written);
  • Strong background in core HR functions such as recruitment,
    onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations;
  • Deep understanding of business operations, competition,
    consumer behavior, and product dynamics;
  • Experience in B2B trade, contractual B2B customers, B2B
    distribution, and B2C segments including Modern Trade (MT), Small Shops (SS),
    and Grocery channels;
  • Solid grasp of profitability drivers, cash flow, and
    shareholder value;
  • Proficient in international and/or local labor laws and
    compliance requirements;
  • Skilled in planning and executing organizational change with
    structured approaches to ensure effective adoption;
  • Strong ability to define and position an employee value
    proposition aligned with both business strategy and workforce expectations .
