Administrative Assistant Job Opening In Oran – Now Hiring Chefra Solutions

Le ou la titulaire du poste de soutien administratif travaillera de près avec la présidente de lentreprise et parfois les autres membres de léquipe pour participer à l'organisation de réunions, de déplacements, et de la préparation des soumissions de projets, des présentations PowerPoint, et dautres documents.



Qualifications:

  • Diplôme détudes collégiales (DEC) en administration ou attestation détudes collégiales (AEC) en administration assortie dune expérience pertinente ;
  • 1 à 3 ans dexpérience en tant quadjoint(e) administratif(ve) ;
  • Bilingue (français et anglais) à loral et à lécrit.

    lecture et écriture, avec un accent particulier sur les compétences rédactionnelles en français.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office365, de la messagerie Outlook et de la gestion des réunions d'équipe.
  • Attitude professionnelle et excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle ;
  • Solides compétences en matière de relations humaines et de communication ; capacité démontrée à communiquer efficacement à loral et à lécrit ;
  • Rigueur, souci du détail, capacité danalyse et esprit de synthèse ;

  • Excellente gestion du temps et des priorités ; capacité à respecter les délais et à assurer un suivi efficace
  • Sens de linitiative et capacité à travailler de manière autonome ;
  • Bonnes compétences en matière de recherche et souci du détail ;
  • Sensibilisation à la cybersécurité ; y compris une familiarité avec l'utilisation de l'IA générative comme Chat GPT ;

Responsabilités

  • Fournir une assistance administrative et de secrétariat à l'équipe de direction.
  • Planifier et organiser l'agenda quotidien et à long terme de la présidente.
  • Gérer les communications entrantes et sortantes de l'adresse courriel de l'entreprise et traiter les demandes ou les diriger vers la bonne personne au sein de léquipe.
  • Organiser, planifier, coordonner et suivre tous les rendez-vous, réunions, activités, voyages, hôtels et transports prévus pour l'équipe de direction et parfois nos clients.
  • Aider l'équipe de direction à préparer les réunions et les présentations.
  • Organiser le classement de tous les documents et de la correspondance de l'équipe de direction.
  • Traduire les documents, les communications d'entreprise et les présentations du français vers l'anglais et de l'anglais vers le français.
  • Assister l'équipe de direction dans toutes les autres tâches qui lui sont confiées de temps à autre.
